A Ridgeview Policies

A deposit equal to the first night's stay or one-half of the entire stay, whichever is greater, is taken to confirm a reservation.  A credit card is required to make a reservation, however, a personal check may be sent within five (5) days of making the reservation so that it is received within ten (10) days after reservation is made and before arrival. A two night minimum stay is required for all holiday weekends and some special event weekends.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

We are a small B&B and cancellations affect us greatly. Deposits will be refunded if you cancel your reservations 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Deposits for reservations canceled with less than 14 days notice will be refunded if the room(s) can be rebooked for the reserved period. We will make every attempt to rebook and refund your deposit.

Please check your guest room portfolio for complete policies during your stay with us. A Ridge View Bed & Breakfast offers a smoke free environment. For your convenience and the comfort of other guests smoking is permitted outside. Please use the disposal containers provided. Smoking in-room will result in a $100.00 cleaning fee.

CHECK IN

Is from 4-8pm. or by special arrangement. Confirmed rooms are held all night for late arrivals. We cannot accommodate early check in requests as the B&B is closed daily from 11am to 4pm.

Check out: is at 11am.

Closed daily from 11am-4pm. for cleaning and innkeepers prior commitments. Remember to take your room key with you.

PETS

We can only accommodate well-behaved and fully house trained dogs at A Ridgeview Bed & Breakfast. (Sorry- No cats allowed as the owner is allergic to cats.)

With over two acres of trees and a large lawn to play on your dog will enjoy the sights and smells of nature at your doorstep. You must pick up your pet waste and dispose of it in the B&B garbage cans outside.

There is a $10/night charge per pet. We have food bowls, doggie waste bags, and chewy treats available for our dog visitors.

At no time will dogs be left unattended in your room. You must take your dog with you whenever you leave the B&B.

Let us know at the time you book your reservation that you will be accompanied by your dog.
